A downloadable tool
A little editor tool for Unity to let you quickly compile your ambient occlusion, metallic and smoothness maps in to the single image that is required for using an HDRP material. You can also merge albedo and transparency images to create a single diffuse + alpha texture.
It automatically inverts the roughness map from Marmoset or Substance Painter and turns it in to a smoothness map because of Unity's strange..erm...logic.
Add the script in to a folder named Editor in your Unity project and it will be available from the tools menu.
Drag and drop your textures in to the labelled slots and hit the relevant Generate button.
It was build with Marmoset in mind but should be useable in most situations.
